The point was made at the beginning. The difference between Booker T. Washington's organization and the other. One is for all that strive for betterment of our people from the bottom up. While the latter is from the top down. One is patterned after the lower house of Greek legislature hence "the Boule". While Booker T. Washington's organization and others like his don't follow that pattern. It's deeper and much more complicated. I'm trying to keep it simple and short this is just a post. There are two types of minds that have been at odds among our people here in the US.
