  1. I’ve been wanting to try CBD every since I quit smoking a year ago. My anxiety is keeping me from trying it out and is the reason I stopped smoking in the first place. I would feel congested and like I couldn’t breathe when I smoked which made me develop panic attacks.. I’m just completely sober drinking and smoking, but I do miss the motion of it and also wanting to be outside when my fiancé does. I dunno though, I really can’t stand even the smell of weed cause I’ll get anxious and it’s so sad 😫

  2. During my first month of quitting smoking my appetite changed, however when I started working out it came back. My body is a lot closer to where I want it 🥰 the munchies were killing my body goals. Lol

  3. Thank you so much for this video! I've been wanting to take a tolerance break but it's rough when everyday can be stressful and can't drink due to my meds. I'll definitely be trying cbd flower, seeing that it can help! ❤

  4. Another tip that i’ve heard about except for drinking LOL is when you feel like you want a drink mix some kombucha and sprite! they say it gives that little kick so it will be like replacing the alcohol with a heath aide! 🙂
