Early Draft of National School Boards Association Letter Comparing Parents To Terrorists Asked For Military to Be Called In
Readers may recall a controversial letter by the National School Boards Association (NSBA) to the White House which compared concerned parents to domestic terrorists.
According to reports, earlier drafts of the letter were even more extreme, requesting National Guard and Military Police be deployed to monitor school board meetings.
The NSBA coordinated with the White House and the Department of Justice (DOJ) over the controversial letter sent to President Biden in September of 2021.
The final letter requested an investigation into whether or not confrontations from outraged parents regarding mask mandates or Critical Race Theory (CRT) curricula amounted to a violation of the Patriot Act.
The group suggested at the time that “the classification of these heinous actions could be the equivalent to a form of domestic terrorism and hate crimes.”

Send In The Military… Against Parents
The threat of parental terrorists was so real in the eyes of the NSBA that an early draft sought military intervention.

“We ask that the Army National Guard and its Military Police be deployed to certain school districts and related events where students and school personnel have been subjected to acts and threats of violence,” the draft reads.
If parents weren’t outraged before, this draft is surely going to fan the flames even further.
The early draft version of the ‘parents are domestic terrorists’ letter also suggested those reporting on Critical Race Theory (CRT) curricula in schools were providing little more than “propaganda” leading to “physical threats.”
The draft labeled parents speaking out about what is being taught to their children “plotters who are targeting schools and educators.”

Plot Against Parents
The NSBA coordinated with the White House and the Department of Justice (DOJ) over the controversial letter.
Days later, on October 4th, Attorney General Merrick Garland distributed a memo that mobilized the FBI to address parents who ‘pose a threat’ at school board meetings.
The document addressed to federal prosecutors and FBI Director Christopher Wray centered attention on a purported “disturbing spike in harassment, intimidation, and threats of violence against school administrators, board members, teachers, and staff.”

Internal emails showed the depths that the NSBA and the White House coordinated their messaging.
Chip Slaven, an NSBA executive, and Viola Garcia, the NSBA president who was later named by the Biden Department of Education to a federal board overseeing student progress, may have “altered the text of the letter to satisfy the curiosity of White House staff.”
The NSBA had discussed the issues with the White House “for weeks” before sending the letter, another report reveals.
🚨🚨🚨#BREAKING: Whistleblower Discloses Explosive Documents Showing FBI Using Counterterrorism Tools to Investigate Parents pic.twitter.com/HpbdtinJQo

In November, House Republicans released documents provided by a whistleblower that allegedly show the FBI investigated parents critical of local school boards using “counterterrorism tools.”
The documents purportedly showed the FBI created a tag for threats against teachers and school administrators, formulated as part of the bureau’s implementation of Garland’s memo.
They wanted to send the military after concerned parents.

The draft version of the letter was released as part of the NSBA’s independent review of the matter.
The review, according to Fox News, “also showed the collaboration between the NSBA, the White House and the Department of Justice.”
Think about that for a minute.
If we’re following the threads of these reports, the White House apparently viewed parents as a domestic terror threat, helped craft a letter saying as much (even proposing military action early on), requested assistance in dealing with the threat, then mobilized the DOJ and FBI to use ‘counterterrorism tools’ against those same parents.
That’s how much they despise you trying to take control of your child’s education.
Just another totally normal effort by education apparatus Democrats to use military force to terrify parents concerned about their kids https://t.co/wsrdncs7xv

Republicans have indicated they plan to investigate the circumstances surrounding the NSBA letter should they regain control of the House following the midterm elections.
Honestly, they should publicly demand the majority initiate an investigation today, getting House Democrats on record as supporting the actions of the White House, DOJ, and FBI in pursuing parents as domestic terrorists in the process.
