I’m wondering if you can do a complete video on the positive impact stimulating the parasympathetic nervous system has on our hormones both pre and post menopause. So many women around me are in fight/flight 24/7 and wondering why peri and menopause are so difficult. I’m 3 years in full-on menopause with absolutely no symptoms what so ever! I live a happy ‘low insulin lifestyle’ (told you I’d steal it 😉) where I practice breath work daily before bed, use hot/cold therapy, use fasting – intuitively, use a lot of daily movement as exercise + resistance training 2x/week and I eat nutrient dense low carb b/c it makes me feel fantastic…and I don’t drink alcohol. If that seems impossible to anyone suffering then I would ask how what they are currently doing is working for them? At least try something different – even just one thing because the other side is calm and beautiful 😊
