  1. Sixers have to shake up the roster. Embiid balls out, but he has an accountability problem. He's already throwing teammates under the bus, and once again, it's not like he played stellar. He had an excuse, but he needs to learn to stfu if he can't say the right things. He's his own worst enemy.

Harden and Doc are far worse. They're the same, except no where near as good so they're not going to get a pass. All 3 of them on one team is never going to work. I blame the front office. Getting Harden and giving up Drummond and Curry may have cost them the chip. They should've got rid of Simmons only, even if it were for a couple good role players. That's all they needed.

  2. Hardin missing the deadline to opt in might be the best news. I don't think there's any way he actually opts out but I'm sure Philadelphia is hoping that he will. It will be embarrassing to have traded away half ur team for a couple months of a dude past his prime but youll have plenty of cap room for a Donovan Mitchell or damian lillard even more options if you decide to trade Tobias. Or blow it all up and send embiid to Miami. I think that would be my favorite move

  3. Joel embiid literally played until his legs gave out. Bro was so hurt. Mad respect. Congrats to Miami, but yeah. Y’all definitely did not see the best sixers squad.

  4. It’s a shame, the fans took it hard just letting Butler go, and then Simmons..this team can’t win with this coach and GM…now we have wasted contracts to get rid of….Embiid should consider not playing until they fix this mess and atrocious bench.

  5. Now we have two $ 30..mil. players in Harden and Harris who played down…Embiid can’t win, no one steps up …last year or this…the thought of keeping Drummond and Curry and adding Hield and Haliburton was very interesting

  6. Joel Embiid, the most selfish player in the NBA. Will never win a championship and will never win an MVP. Should have traded the piece of shit 2 years ago.

  7. The definition of insanity is doing the same thing over and over and expecting a different result. This is 5 years into the Embiid playoff regime that we can’t get past the 2nd round. This isn’t like the Charles Barkley era where we were getting knocked by Michael Jordan in 1990 and 1991 playoffs. We are losing to inferior teams.

I love Joel but I would atleast entertain offers for him. I don’t think you would get the return to justify a trade, but it’s worth considering. He is simply injury prone as we go through this charade every spring.

  8. I'm a Brooklyn Nets fan and Ive been listening to your takes since the Harden/Simmons drama. Even after my Nets got eliminated, I continued to listen (hoping Philly loses)and I couldn't agree with you more on your basketball takes. Thank you, I appreciate your honest sports takes, with occasional rants. Keep up the great podcast 👍 and all the best to your 🐕!

  9. We don’t have enough actual NBA players. Shake, Korkmaz, thybulle, heck even Niang just isn’t going to get it done. The way we’re going to fix this is by getting rid of that Tobias contract and hope Harden signs for less.

  10. Embiid flopping around on the floor like a crybaby non-leader, untough player that he is….
I don’t think there’s a recipe to win with him unless we get a real alpha in here

  11. Joel's problem is he complains too much & always feels sorry for himself. He flops too much. He literally hurt his own player on a wild play that he had no business doing that way LoL. Obviously, every team in the NBA would love to have Embiid BUT while he has incredible talent sorry 6ers fans, if you don't think his attitude needs adjustment you're just blinded by your fandom.

The real issue with your team is Doc & the decisions of the front office.

  12. Face it Miami is just the better, deeper, more disciplined team. They play great defense and High energy. Sometimes you just gotta tip your cap to the better team
