  1. Dr.s say no salt.( sodium chloride= table salt) nutritionists say Sea Salt w/ 82 minerals! Your bones need moisture! Your muscles need moisture! Thus the need for sea salt. Do your own research.

  5. I am a little surprised that someone, especially with her kind of plant based education that she is not SOS free. She seems to use salt freely, her salsa has salt and the whole wheat tortilla has salt. It seems like a good number of people that you interview are not salt free. I guess that is the hardest one to let go of.

  7. Beautiful! Love this burrito demo. I would definitely eat this meal and I could make this for my husband for sure. I like a little fresh mint chopped up in a kale salad.

  8. I add a few tablespoons of salsa (or juicy pico) to refried beans to loosen them up. Adds a bit more flavor and more veg. Love her method of putting everything she needs on a tray so there’s no rummaging around the kitchen while cooking. Especially helpful when you have ‘helpers’ in the kitchen so they don’t have to ask ‘what comes next’ or where is the…’. Brilliant tip.

  10. Wow! Melissa Sherlock is new to me. She is absolutely wonderful. She's so organized, with a lovely presentation, and filled with wonderful information about meal prep and gives excellent instructions. I like her demeanor, very much that of a teacher and looks like the picture of health. I also appreciated her storage tips…very practical and I can see how one could save some money on produce storage. Thanks for a very pleasant broadcast, Chef AJ. Job well done Melissa!🙏

  12. I live in Omaha and would LOVE to meet with you to take a cooking lesson or for you to present your knowledge to my husband and 7 kids! I’ve been eating this way for five years and have tried (with some success) to get them to eat healthfully. However, I do still rely on my old animal-based recipes. Do you do home visits or have an office to visit?
