  1. Hi Ryan thankyou for doing these videos! They are very helpful!, Can you do a video about digestive issues, lack of B1and H Pylori? Like what can we take that's natural to get rid of H Pylori. What are the symptoms of low B1. I had a colonand endoscopy done all is well no issues with stomach or colon, but I still have this feeling of gasphing for breath like huhhh and constant burping, also a slight burning in the pit of my stomach and discomfort on my right side and back hard to breathe I also have no gallbladder!

  2. Not everyone can take vitamin C. It is too acidic and stomach acid will make the body aches or muscle pain worse. Praying and asking for forgiveness of your sins against the Law of Moses in the name of Christ the Lord and abstaining gluten in your diet, and eating sockeye salmon will help. Sockeye salmon has natural antixantin that fight inflammation. May the Lord Jesus forgive the children of God for their disobedience toward God's Law.

  3. I have swelling due to tendinitis in the wrist and forearm. Went to two orthopedics and physiotherapist but the swelling is not reducing. I don’t have pain . How to reduce the swelling and repair tendons ?

  5. Paradoxically enough many of the vitamins are stored &locked up in the woody tissue, cellulose, in fruits & vegetables. So that raw foods are often not the best source but rather cooked foods. You could eat kilograms of raw carrots to obtain very little beta carotene & hence Vitamin A. In one end & out the other. Much more is obtained by breaking down the cellulose by cooking to obtain the beta carotene that way. Juicing the carrots here would be undoubtedly the best way of extracting the beta carotene from the carrots. I suspect that other vitamins also fit into this genera. Correct me if I am wrong.

  6. I had arthritis from age 50 to age 65 when I developed severe chest pains and the doctor wanted to place stints in my heart arteries. Instead I stopped taking ALL D3 (NOT a vitamin as our body can and does produce it). D3 is made from highly poisonous sheep's wool lanolin (grease) which is supposedly purified by exposing it to UV light. Farmers have their sheep "dipped" twice a year in an arsenic bath designed to kill insects and fungi. D3 is the poison of choice in Rodent Poison Bait Blocks such as "TeraD3", "D-Con", Black Flag and all other brands of Blocks. It kills by rapidly eroding bone mass and destroying connective tissue. The bone loss (osteoporosis) looses small, sharp shards into the blood as well as excessive calcium. The shards cause damamge to the heart followed by calcium sticking to the wounds and you have "Hardening of the arteries". D3 is put into many foods (milk, butter, margarine, some prepared soups, frozen foods like pizza as well as supplements). About 9 to 12 weeks after stopping D3 my chest pains went away as well as my arthritis. Now at age 72 I have full range of motion with zero joint pain, my cloudy vision has cleared to what it was when I was in my 30's, all chest pains are gone. we are taught to expect diseases when we grow old. The vast majority of those diseases are given to us by doctors so they can grow rich. I have not seen a doctor in 7 years.

  7. Many Thanks to you Ryan. Great Info… I suffer from OA in my spine – Throughout the spine from Head to Toes, literally (Skull bones, TMJ, Neck, Thoracic and Lumbar spine). Your particular advice about the Source of Vitamin C is crucial for sure. Due to the Chronic Pain and Stiffness I endure for many years, I "experiment" with many, many Supplements. The list is long : From Vitamins C, D, E, B-12, B-6, Mushrooms, Artichoke extracts, Turmeric, Ginger, Cinnamon, Proselytic Enzymes (Bromelain, Papain, etc.), Krill Oil, Flaxseed Oil, Myrrh, and more. My problem is that I don't take them in a systematic manner. Too much on & Off, switching from one Bunch to another. Stupid Really. But when one is in Chronic Pain / Inflammation syndrome, You tend to look for Magic Pills and Treatments.
Vitamin C (although I am now more advised as to the type and brand of the Vitamin), has been known to help Joint pain by being a component to producing Collagen (I take Collagen Powder supplements too). I also learned of the benefits of Moringa which many folks know nothing about. I will say that watching this video, has "inspired" me to concentrate more on selecting a Formula of Supplementation Regimen and sticking to it for longer periods of weeks and /or months to better weigh the improvements to my arthritic conditions, if any. Another word of advice I would volunteer is to Hydrate. Drink Good Water! I never really did (and I smoked a pack a day for over 45 years …stopped Cigs 4 years ago, but still Vape and weaning that down). I suffer with pretty severe Degenerative Disc Disease in the Spine. Those discs are 80% Water. DDD is the cause of much Misery as the Nervous system in God's Human Creation , runs through your spine affecting Everything in Your Body. God Bless All.
