It’s pathetic in LA for Black people even if you have money. You can outbid everyone and the property owners will switch to an “as-is” property without credits.
The government do this on purpose..to keep Black AMERICANS down. When I was a youth I can remember Black people owning property and business. My grand parents owned many properties and were landlords they had a convenient store in our Black neighborhood in California.
