  1. Bivol is young, strong in his prime can take a shot, can actually fight, can box and has good experience. Bivol better ko Canelo as any decision will be a draw or a W for Canelo.

  2. bob on assessment, I think Canelo will win, but its going to be harder than his fans think, I like Bivols movement, and ability to hide his strikes within his movement, but can he deal with Canelo's pressure, I think he can, with his footwork and movement and jab, but if anybody can, its Canelo.

  3. I think it's going to be an interesting fight but I do think that Canelo will probably get to him before the end. The problem with a fight like this is Bivol has no chance of winning on the cards if it's anywhere close. That means that there is no chance at all because it's probably going to be kind of close on a round by round basis and that will always go to Canelo because that's just the way boxing is. For Bivol to win this fight he's going to have to knock Canelo out. That's a pretty tough assignment.

  4. First time since triple G that Canela fights a guy that actually hits back with power. He's the cash cow right now. Still shocked they let him take this fight. I think being criticized for cherry picking finally got to him. About time! Bivol will punish him, and win ,but he'll have to beat the Vegas judges too. Business as usual.

  5. Bivol's biggest strength is his mind. He's very matter-of-fact and calm in interviews and even says Canelo is a good boxer. He doesn't trash talk. He doesn't predict what he is going to do, but he often says, "I will rely on my boxing skills which I know are good." I wouldn't bet the farm against Bivol. I believe he will win either by UD or TKO.

  6. Okay your second suggestion is f**** horrible. Everyone here has watched canelo's fights everyone here knows that if canelo puts all his speed and power into his shots from round one all and up he's going to be out done by around 10 max. You don't have an older fighter chasing around a younger fighter that's just stupid. Canelo needs to go somewhat slow work off of the counters and hit those body shots around 5 or so then you pick it up

  7. I do agree though that this will be a good fight I predict around six or seven it's going to be a very hard fight to judge

  8. Okay I've watched your video I've read a bunch of the comments. And most people are missing a very important factor. Canelo is going to unload some very very vicious body shots. How long is this guy going to be able to hold up and move with those types of body shots. Cuz I can guarantee by around 6:00 he will have more body shots on him in one fight by round six then he's probably ever had in his life time of boxing, and those body shots are going to hurt canelo puts power into his body shots

  9. Bivol is gonna win. Canelo wont land the way he does against other oponents. Bivols jab, movement and conditioning will be the difference. Plus power. Smart fighter knows Canelo wants to counter with Bivol his movement will be the difference.
He fights tall using the reach even against bigger guys. Bivol wins.

  10. There's no real proof Bivol can handle a big punch unlike quadruple G.

If Marshmellow Canelo can land a big one it might reveal Bivols archilles….

Canello is built like an Aztec pyramid so he is going to be hard to beat.

It might be a draw!!….the odds should be good for that outcome.

  11. I say, Bivol is too big and too quick on the feet. Bivol, like Canelo himself, throws every punch with great accuracy and pain involved. I like both styles, but I go for a TKO by Bivol in the first 6 rounds.

  12. I'm sticking with my original gut guess: this is a much easier win for Canelo. (well, he makes it seem easy) but that Canelo very quickly dominates, crushes Bivol with body shots after he just simply shakes up Bivols ability to set in place, puts him off pace, off balance, Canelo busts his ribs and then a TKO is inevitable. It's just a solid Canelo win and afterwards everyone agrees it was levels and Bivol is a relatively new still-establishing pro with a great future but Canelo was just an entire league above in experience etc.

  13. of course if it goes 12 rounds Canelo will win we already seen him get destroyed by tripple g two times and the judges give him the win. Got to keep that cash cow going because if he looses well its all over with. Thats my prediction lol

  14. I think people are underestimating Bivol’s fundamentals but overestimating his chin. He’s been cracked before, we saw this against Joe Smith JR. The thing is, Canelo is going to have to rely heavily on his counter punching in this fight. Bivol is slick & good at weaving in & out of range. I think if Canelo isn’t quick to immobilize the jab there’ll be room for frustration. Bivol’s fundamentals are off the charts & he’s a good mover & an intelligent fighter. Canelo, however, is far more battle tested & has excellent defensive work. Bivol’s style is a difficult one for Canelo & his countering won’t get him far if he doesn’t deal with the jab early on. All it takes is for Bivol to drop his guard once though to completely change the pace of the fight. I don’t doubt that Bivol is durable, but if he was wobbled by Smith, there will be little room for error in defense against Canelo.
