  1. I appreciate you doing this. I live alone so I cannot make huge amounts of food because I am the type of person that just cannot eat the exact same thing every day and it would just go to waste. I became a vegetarian when I was 16 years old and when I was 47 years old I became vegan. I have been WFPB for the past seven years however I’m having an extremely hard time with meals because I just honestly cannot eat the same thing every day. And I’m all over the Internet and everything is always potatoes, broccoli, potato wedges rice beans it’s just so boring and it’s always the same thing over and over. Also I cannot eat oatmeal every day of the week it’s just not my most favorite thing. I will eat it once a week because I know it’s good for me, but I can’t eat it every day. I am looking so forward to this series I wish I had of caught it live I was just scrolling through my feed today I don’t get online much, but I’m going to try to watch you live I don’t know when you are live but I will try to find it. Thanks again for doing this. BTW I love your granola recipe. And there is no way you look your age I was so surprised when you said how old you were I hope when I’m your age I look half as good 😊

  2. I'm sorry that your FB account got hacked and shut down but it worked out well for me because I found you here on YouTube. I've really enjoyed this video today and am so happy to see that you have lots of recipes. I appreciated your point about how it's not uncommon to eat the same things often. How many times a week does the average American eat a burger and fries? I usually have the same breakfast, lunch, and snacks every day because it makes planning and purchasing so much easier and that means I can stick with the Daily Dozen. Dinner with my family is where I put in the variety.

  4. Hi Chef Julia! Thank you for these videos. I see you using fresh broccoli how do you ensure it doesn’t have maggots? I had a horrible situation recently where I used fresh broccoli and found maggots in my food. The broccoli didn’t look bad but after research I found out this can happen with fresh broccoli.

  5. Thank you! YES, I'm doing the new Chef Julia 21 Day Challenge! I ate 2 take out meals last week from our local PB Vegan Cafe = paid the price YO-Yo🪀 weight gain & loss & gain. I lost 1.6 lbs in the 4/4-4/25 21 Day Challenge. I loved watching you here in replay mode doing this today! Good for you for moving forward! Have not been a big FB fan, but it's "the" way to be in touch with family & friends. I like this better, it's like your original live cooking videos were but better! What is/will be the approximate "time" your Chef Julia YouTube show will be on?
