I knew Nicole was responsible after hearing all the negativity she said about Anita. It's so sad how her family is suffering and her brother was in so much pain. I pray that her and her brother is together now. I'm so sad and I pray for justice.

Danielle, Cold Justice is also my favorite show. The episode has not aired yet. All the research I've done even before your video states that the show has not even been renewed for a new season, however, since they've been filming new episodes I'm pretty sure it just doesn't have release dates yet. New seasons usually start in September & November but the last 2 seasons were aired strangely… like half within a month or 2 & then gone for 6 months before the rest.

I enjoy your videos, but it would be nice to have some more visuals.. more photos or video snippets, to illustrate the story.. hard to hold my attention, for someone who is more visual..
I know this is sad that I'm having to point this out as unusual, but I respect the local police for not being too proud to accept help on this case from outside sources. So many of these cases involve local police acting like bratty children about any FBI or outside assistance, even when they NEED it. I hope that serves as a good example to other precincts to remind them what, in the end, really matters.
I've always thought that the roommates vibe and reaction was very odd! And figured people say opposites attract this friend combo was way off! For there being no S.A. and no real break in kinda pointed to her. But for her mother to go and attack Anita's mother during the funeral completely blew my mind!!! First off that's your daughter's roommate, friend, etc.. her daughter lives with the murder victim so why would she not be questioned and looked into? she has access at any point and time to Anita, she has keys to Anita's safe space because they share that safe space! But for there to not be anything stolen, no S.A., among other things I always figured it was a female. Majority of break-ins have some sort of motive behind it but there was NOTHING to Anita's tragic death! I hope Nicole gets prosecuted to fullest and has a miserable remainder of her life for the issues she has put Anita's family thru and what she did to Anita! She took away so much from so many people for such a selfish, disgusting reason!
I'm sorry but I am STILL in complete and utter horror and dismay at that "MOTHER" of that MONSTER turning up to beautiful Anita's FUNERAL and confronting grieving parents! Even if Nicole didn't do it, how cruel is that!

It is some sort of poetic justice, however, in Nicole recently achieving her dream of owning property, but she isn't going to enjoy it for long, Lord willing!
God, please allow this family the peace they have been searching for all these long years.
Allow the justice system to convict this narcissistic loser of a person, to finally face her punishment.
For taking a beautiful, innocent soul.
All because of her over-inflated egotism, and need for unwarranted admiration and attention.
If she had been a better person, she would have had it in the bag…
But instead, she had to steal it from someone else.
May she seek forgiveness and mercy for her sins, Lord. Even though she showed none to Anita, all she has to do is ask it of You, and she will receive it.
Lol the shiver book sound like season 2 of slasher the summer camp thing. The friends had been involved I a camp counselor disappearance. They return 10 years later and someone at the old camp is messing with them…alot of "murd3r " tho. I'm glad they finally found the bad guy
It's amazing that the police were so stubborn and persistent. Good to hear that they kept the investigation alive for 15 years, when so many places would have just given up and let the case go cold.
My heart is so broken and I don’t even know them (Anita or Daniel), I pray for that family!
