House Oversight Democrats Block Subpoena for Hunter Biden to Testify Before Congress
Democrats in the House Oversight Committee blocked a Republican-backed subpoena that would have forced Hunter Biden to testify before Congress earlier this week.
Unfortunately, we will have to wait a little longer to see crackhead Hunter under oath in a hot seat on Capitol Hill.
According to the House Oversight Republicans, the Democrats denied the motion with little to no justification, and are effectively running interference for the Biden Crime Family, refusing to hold them accountable.
The committee made the announcement in a Tweet on Tuesday afternoon:
đ¨UPDATEđ¨
Democrats just denied our motion to subpoena Hunter Biden.
They refuse to hold Hunter accountable for his shady business dealings that make us more dependent on China for renewable energy.
Itâs past time for accountability. https://t.co/FdeLtQv8RU

If the motion had passed, Hunter would have had to appear and provide his âexpertâ testimony at an upcoming Oversight hearing about making all US Postal Service vehicles electric, answering questions about his long history of energy deals with China, Russia, and Ukraine.
With him under oath, there surely would have been some other questions about his business dealings too. Is it any wonder why Dems shot this down?
The motion to subpoena Hunter was originally submitted by GOP Rep. Andy Biggs (AZ), who explained his reasoning in a Tweet this week.
Biggs wrote:
I just made a motion to subpoena Hunter Biden as a witness for the House Oversight and Reform Committeeâs hearing on electrifying.
Hunter sold a U.S. cobalt mine to a Chinese company. Cobalt is necessary for electric car production. Hunterâs expertise is invaluable!
As the DC Swamp attempts to protect the degenerate bagman of the Biden Crime Family, the investigation surrounding him just continues to heat up in the wake of the NY Times recent acknowledgment of his âlaptop from hell.â
This latest subpoena request isnât even the first one the Democrats have blocked this week. According to the Epoch Times, a separate request for Hunter to appear in front of Congress was also rejected after it was submitted by Rep. James Comer (R-Ky.)
In other words, the walls are closing in, and itâs about time.
