Biden Used a Cheat Sheet to Answer Questions on Unscripted Comment About Putin Staying in Power… and He Still Screwed It Up (PHOTO)

This is embarrassing.

Joe Biden on Monday took questions from reporters after outlining his 2023 budget proposal to Congress.

Biden used a cheat sheet to answer questions about his off-script call for regime change in Russia while speaking in Poland over the weekend – and he still screwed it up.

Over the weekend Biden closed his speech with what is either a policy change or a gaffe (dementia).

Biden said, “For God’s sake, this man [Putin] cannot remain in power.”

Reporters peppered Joe Biden with questions about his comments on Putin.

Biden snapped at the reporters and said he’s not walking anything back.

“I’m not walking anything back,” Biden said before admitting he has no control over his emotions. “I was expressing moral outrage I felt toward the way Putin is dealing… and the actions of this man – just brutality… half the children in Ukraine — but I want to make it clear, I wasn’t then nor am I now articulating a policy change..”

Joe Biden got into a back-and-forth with Peter Doocy and denied he called for regime change in Russia.
