  1. Great video. My daily Mantra I say to myself is Workout your mind then the body will follow. Like a car without the engine car wont run. So this very important to me and writing down daily tasks is a good thing your mind won't be so cluttered. Also live in Macedon Ranges Victoria Australia so close to Mountains go for long walks in nature. Sometimes the simplest of doing is must rewarding. 👍🌻⚘🤩💖🌷

  6. Now I understand, I avoid the sun religiously because it is super hot were I live and I can't stand it. I will try sunbathing from inside my house, with the A/C on, and see how I feel.
