  1. It’s too bad our crooked FDA still hasn’t approved a traditional attenuated vaccine like many other countries have. I’d feel more comfortable with that technology and it’s been found to be more effective against the different variants. But I guess it doesn’t make as much money or whatever…

  2. I'd like to see another video like "my bodybuilding life in pictures" I'd like to see old photos from your bodybuilding days if you can dig up more and tell the stories behind the pics and the compounds you preferred ect. I've been watching you for a very long time and I miss alot of the old stories from bodybuilding.

  3. I know what you are going through and have experienced the same thing. most people are sedentary and don't exercise, so they are back to normal after a few days since they don't exert themselves, and because their base line is not good any way, they don't really notice how run down their body actually is. I run marathons and it has affected my runs for months after becoming covid positive in august. i recovered by October and ran a PR at the Philly marathon (3:22) in late nov.. i got the omicron at Christmas and only realized i was sick because of the re occurring chest tightness, headaches, and strange breathing issues, (i am 30 years old and unvaxxed). i believe over exerting myself too early may have contributed to my bad symptoms. supplements that helped me and that i believe are worth looking into: NAC, astragalus, turmeric, ginko biloba, fish oils, quarcitin/zinc. i also did smoothies every night of cilantro, parsley, garlic, olive oil, turmeric, pepper, lemon, honey and water.. it makes you smell like shit but i believe it clears a lot of waste and inflammation from the body. avoiding alcohol and getting tons of rest is a MUST with this crap. good luck man!

  4. It affects everyone a bit differently. I had it Jan2020 and first couple days I was pretty wiped out, but by day 4 I was pretty good. I did lose smell and taste after about 2 to 3 days after I felt better. That lasted about 4 or 5 days then got it back.
