  2. I remember a friend had digestive issues and his doctor said not to drink for 5 minutes before or 45 minutes after eating and it makes a lot of sense, food is digested better, less indigestion, way more satiated

So Ive found what works best for me is to still go to the gym on my "off" days just to feel like I am being consistent but instead of doing a full on workout, I do something similar to focus sessions like in MAPS Aesthetics with some mobility focused training from MAPS Prime Pro. Then at the end of the day when I'm at home, I'll hit up some trigger sessions with bands.

  4. Love MindPump… but the whole "retreat" thing from this spartan guy reminds me a lot of those middle age mid life crisis boot camps that people get put through so they can "earn" some type of "recognition" Kind of like "do this to feel better about yourself" kind of training.

Been lifting seriously since February 2020, age 52 and been through cut, maintenance, build, cut and not been in maintenance since November 2021 and don’t feel I’ve lost much if any body fat. Had online coach but been relying on your info to help guide me for that extra level of information. 👍🏻👍🏻

Hey guys im probably too late for this givaway but tomorrow is my brother’s birthday and he’s going through a pretty rough time right now, he is a dad of two toddlers in the midst of moving houses and working full time. He got me into your podcast and has wanted one of your programs for a long time but just doesn’t have the finances right now. I have access to a gym but he isn’t able to keep a membership so I don’t necessarily need these programs at the time but these (anytime & suspension) would be perfect for him. Hope you see this!   8. I personally thought that the “trigger sessions” were a HUGE factor when done religiously. Like you’ve mentioned before if you get that first session in every (off)morning, it kind of leads to better decisions throughout the day. GREAT CONTENT!

    Anyhow, I'm an underpaid nanny who teaches the kids how to work out and about the world around us. I don't have a b a n k account so I have no way to buy a MAPS program. Usually, if I want stuff that has to be bought online, I give someone cash and they buy it for me, but everyone I would ask this favor of is angry at me for working out. I could really use MAPS Anywhere since I work out while the kids are playing. There are even rings at the playground we go to, so I think I can probably apply some of the suspension work, too. I'll bet I can also do some of it on the swings at the park. I comment all the time for your algorithm and promote Mind Pump constantly on a Fitness Discord server I'm on. Help a girl out….
