I recently started listening to your hypnosis for confidence and I'm really enjoying it, I like the relaxation process you used in that one (Counting down from 10, going down the stairs, snapping your fingers going deeper) it really helped me get deeper compared to other hypnosis videos. I have a suggestion could you make a hypnosis video for changing self-image beliefs/self concept beliefs with that exact same relaxation process and script? I would love to listen to that one alot
