  1. My parents will be shopping and grab a TV or something and I have to say put it back, you will have one at your door tomorrow for half that price. They were getting a new truck and they wanted my opinion. 3/4 ton new truck, how do you wrong. They were thinking of trading the current car in. The value they gave for trade in was 5 thousand dollars or more less than sold trucks that are the same. I told them I would buy it from them for a thousand more than any trade in offer because I know I can flip it. The point of saying that was not to really flip it but to prove a point that the trade in is not a good idea. They ended up getting 3 offers the first day they listed it. They got 6 thousand over trade in price. Thats a good chunk of money.

  2. Years ago in Vegas there was a guy doing that with a Ferrari, I stopped and talked to him for a bit, it was his dad's car and he let him do that to try and build money to open a legit rental company

  3. a ) Europe has much higher sales tax ( typically 20% ); b) If the store was on the Champs Elysee in the heart of Paris, it's *notorious* worldwide for over pricing c) for consumer sales in the European Union, you have 2 years – a full 2 years – to return the product if there is a defect. They have 30 days to repair it, or then they have to bring it back. So if you'll be doing your European Dreamcar trips, you can bring it back if any part of it breaks in the next 2 years. Proof of purchase doesn't only have to be the receipt : it can be your credit card bill. Just FYI

  4. I rented a 430 in Otzberg Germany. For $99 euro we drove 2 towns down and came back in the Autobahn and let you go as fast as you want. Made it to 235km. Took all the pics and check two o the bucket list. Ferrari and Autobahn

  5. You got fully ripped off Rob! EU consumer rights allows you 14 days to return the item for a full refund for any reason. Oh well, as long as you kid enjoys it!

  6. 🤣😳😅 my thoughts would be exactly the same. I’d rather give the money away to the homeless instead of pay well over the odds. 🍻👍🏻😉

  7. They're always camped out on the Champs Elysee near the arc de triomphe where it's always bumper to bumper so you get to drive a ferrari approximately 15kph if you're lucky for 99€

  8. I mean, you could probably get a bunch of those official merch thingies and sell them as mementos to rental customers for that $250-$300 price tag.

  9. Hell, I just learned Amazon has a "Bar code scanner for amazon" app that you can download from the Apple App Store to compare prices. Damn, Rob this was the best advice I've gotten from anyone in years! Thanks

  10. I did one of these in Las Vagus and I was 16, rented a lambo for 2 hours @ 200 plus fuel. Honestly wasn’t a bad deal, ended up ripping the local highways for 1.5 hours lol

  11. No one made u buy it Rob…. Not to mention when u go on vacation and buy something there it’s going to cost more.. it’s about buying them something from the place u went… “ I like my kid 200 euros worth” while
