  1. Your YouTube channel is amazing & so informative!! Thank you for the recommendations as well!! I have been taking hrt – transdermal estradiol hemihydrate for a few years now & just added a 1/2 pump extra as I was having some hot flashes at night. So currently I'm taking 2.5 pumps daily of 0.6mg of 17B-estradiol. Each pump gives me .75mg of estradiol & one full pumps actuation delivers 1.25 grams of gel. Would this equate to a high dose. If I'm calculating correctly it would be close to 3 grams of gel total per day? I did have some breast pain but it has subsided and I've up my fiber as per your recommendations. I currently have a Mirena IUD as I've very sensitive to progesterone. I plan to ask my gyno about adding testosterone. Would you be able to tell me if I'm calculating this correctly?

  2. So happy to found your channel.. thank you so much for your work to help us.. i just start to take estradiol and progesterone after 9 years to be in menopause i have 55 years. Do you think is too late? And what dose you think is ok for me .. 🙏❤️

  3. Hi Kitty. I am in Australia and I’m 46. I went from the BCP onto HRT for symptoms. I didn’t have a period for over 12 months but, could the BCP suppress periods? I use 4 pumps of Estrogel, 100 mg of Prometrium a night and just started 0.5ml of Androfeme. Strangely, this week I started having a bleed just like a period with the typical symptoms. I’m coming to the end of my 2nd month on prometrium. Do you think my dose of progesterone might need to be higher? I’m a bit confused.

  4. If my gynecologist doesn’t agree I will get my dose from Mexico. I will go to the emergency room once a year with bleeding and abdominal pain to get an ultrasound to check my uterine lining. Screw this capitalist society and it’s disease care system.

  5. I started TRT 2 weeks ago, 2mg per day topical cream, and I’m retaining tons of fluid, especially in my lower body. Has anyone experienced this? Will this go away when my body adjusts to the Testosterone? I follow a low carb diet which usually helps my body to flush out fluid. I hope this is a temporary side effects. It’s over 5lbs of water retention. :0(

  6. Just to say I upped my dose of transdermal oestradiol gel and feel very good, but I can't stand some smells now, such as tuna steaks and eggs.
It was the same as when I was pregnant many years ago 🤗

  7. I’ve heard that women often lower the dose of their estradiol as they get older, that their bodies supposedly need less, but haven’t seen an explanation of what would tell a woman that she should reduce. What would be examples of symptoms that show up in an older woman who’s established on a certain dose, that tell her to lower her dose of, say estradiol? Thank you, Kitty.

  8. So glad I found your videos. I too have Hashimotos since I was 27, now 39…very much symptoms of other low hormones and its just hard when we are financialy strained to get a lot of this in order, but I do try very hard…would love to see a video about your diet, where and when to apply hrt creams, estradiol and progesterone…they tried me on oral progesterone and it was horrible i was suicidal and i suspect because my estradiol is much much lower…

  9. Another good one, Kitty!
If you're taking any requests … I would love to see a video on what you eat in a day. Perhaps share the nutrients in the items you eat and what they support.
For most people, they think they know what is a healthy diet, but I'm not sure they understand what foods are inflammatory.
What foods do you eat and why?
How much do you eat and what times of day do you eat etc …

  10. Hello! Any thoughts on Intermittent Fasting? I’m primarily interested in it for health benefits but I’m not sure if I should be doing this every day as a middle aged female. Thanks for all of your information!

  11. I am experimenting as well. I am on a 1 mg. patch, but before I could get that, I got estradiol (oral 0.5mg) from my family doctor. So now I am taking my oral dose as well (morning and night). So I'm at least "close" to 2mg. in total with both forms by the time my liver cuts the dose. But I did that b/c my symptoms were sudden and EXTREME. I thought my body was trying to die. I feel much better now. Also taking 200 mg. progesterone at bedtime, and 3 pumps of 10 mg. testosterone. I'm about to bump up my testosterone as well, hoping that will give me even more energy. I feel like I'm 35 again (I'm 51), but I want to feel 25!

  12. i am a post operative transsexual woman and have a similar experience with hrt as you, many doctors didnt want to put me on a high dose therapy either and i really suffered from that and didnt really understand why until much later, somehow my body needs higher doses to thrive, so i decided to take my health in my own hands and more than doubled my estradiol dose and added progesterone and i am thriving again

  13. This is all so confusing…what do you consider a high dose?
My dr started me at 0.5mg tablet, should I ask for more?….thx…I'm learning so much from your channel…
