What if someone has chronic depression and anxiety disorder. I have an active job and I would still be full of anxiety to the point that I have been off work since June. I am looking into rTMS because medication doesn't help much plus I do mindfulness meditation, prayer, and Dr Andrew Weils breathing technique 4-7-8. I have had this the majority of my whole life and I am 55.
Permission, exercise at least 10 minutes, laugh amap, meditate, turn what if list into a to do list/to do list, 9:12, gratitude.

Dr. Oz..please tell the foot doctor that was talking about foot pain and plantar fasciitis that when I couldn't even stand or walk because of so much foot pain 10 years ago for 6 months that the ONLY thing that helped me and get back to normal was wearing Sketchers with memory foam. I've never felt any foot pain since.

I have panic attacks every few months when I have a bad nights sleep out of nowhere and it scares me but I try to just keep my mind turned off
