I work for a cannabis cultivation company and I can tell you that the cheapest prerolls are made from sifted trim and floor weed. A lot of carts are made from scrap weed as well. They don't throw away any plant matter. If you pay bottom dollar, you're getting booty weed.

I usually try to buy on sale flower like Fire Sale stuff. So, the pre-rolls are pretty harsh most of the time. If I could afford something infused I would probably buy that because my tolerance is pretty high. Thanks for doing this video!
