  1. In high school when I wanted to gain a lot of lean muscle after getting beat up I was just told to eat and eat and eat. I never ate sugary or starchy food growing up. I was also highly active and never gained extra body fat. I was also lifting heavy for the first time in my life and legs in particular. I think caloric demands in my case helped me not gain fat while eating a lot more. The worst part for me was eating when not hungry and feeling full. I also had to time eating when I knew my abs training was coming soon and that it would be intensive and would be taking hard punches. I still struggle with eating a lot. I hope you learn to tune your caloric intake in great ways for you. For me gymnast pride meant having shredded abs year round. And when I trained to take punches the guys told me how they loved punching shredded abs. One wrestler told me–"Can't lie. I luv pounding your lean hard abdominal wall." And he did.

  4. No joke if you did dirty bulk that was a hella good one. Looks like a great weight gain with lots of lean muscle. Especially in such a short time, impressive. Yeah, feeling like having a bloated face when bulking is always the worst. But be careful to not cut too heavily to not look skinny (Happened to me, now back on bulking). And bro thank you for the haircut tutorial. Might try that one if the barber can handle it 😂
