  1. Soil/compost thermometers can help you dial in your temp needs. Gas heating isn’t more efficient! Gas is simply less expensive power. Floor temps can be much colder than you realize, especially when they are concrete. Raise your plants off the floor a bit. AIR FLOW!!!
Also, research your genetics to include colder climate strains, considering your hvac budget… just sayin🙏🔑✌️

  2. Guru ! My man. "You can not have a shitty grow "
"I wasnt planning on it" lol…
And your defol and light sutup is perfect. Im going on 20yrs growing and this is exactly what I do. Better coverage. Big brain shit. 😆

  3. dude, common bro…. did you guys really cut out the pics and segment of dudes grow only cause the plants were no good due to ??? stress? temp? light? feed.. guess well never get to know … you can see/hear the cut right before dude says plan for outdoor grow.. it's ok not to be perfect dude, and your audience would learn 10x from seeing shit go wrong and hearing why they went south vs a hundred pics of perfect grows/nugshots that we see every day….

  4. You can see the frustration in Brett’s face whenever Scott talks. You need some time apart, nobody will judge you. Guru could do a grow science show a couple days a week.

    Class dismissed.😂😂

  5. Complete saturation, add heat mat, bottom water til transplant, top spray b4 lights out, shallow container, im a big believer in simplifying. Most often I see folks struggling with seeds, when it's organic gotta let that stuff break down first, cant be coming in hot. Your not gonna put tanning oil on your baby

  6. For heating a small grow tent, I have used those reptile cage heaters that are shape d and plug into a light socket but are just a heat coil . 1 takes like 100-150 watt and if you keep the tent zipped up is usually enough to bring it u p 15+degrees. If it's bigger than a 3×3, you'll need 2 and so on . I hooked it up to a heat mat thermostat/switch, and I'm pretty sure it was a lot less energy used than a radiator or spot heater

  7. I use my cichlid fish tank for all my plant water. I add all the nutrients to that water. Never ph'd it . And I have no deficiency at all 3rd grow and all is well.

  8. What about when I twist the main stalk and then bend all the others the otherside. And give it enough kink to slow it down and let the other ones grow evenly .that's art 😂

  9. Did you see the one where the Ukraine lady walked up to the Russian soldier and says why are you here. put these sunflower seeds in your pocket . so when you die something beautiful will grow you're a piece of s*** she told him haha

  10. All electrical appliances in your grow(except maybe the exhaust fan, for hopefully obvious reasons) will contribute exactly as much heat in watts to your grow as they consume in electricity. A 500W(at the wall) LED puts as much heat into your grow as a 500W electric heater does. Even your circulation fans(wall fans, desk fans, clip on fans etc) do – just like pumps in hydroponic systems.

With heaters it's not about efficiency it's about effectiveness. Ideally you want your space at a fairly homogenous temperature and humidity – some types of electric heaters may be better suited than others at accomplishing this for your space despite the fact that they are equally efficient at turning electricity into heat.

The main advantage to running an LED light plus heater is you can control the heater on a thermostat and achieve the temperature you want regardless of exterior conditions. A 1000W HPS puts out 1000W the whole time it's on, but a 600W LED and a heater on low using 400W only puts out the full 1000 when you actually need it – saving you money and keeping your plants more comfortable.
