There are many, many cannabinoids in marijuana. The one that is psychoactive (i.e. it gets you high) is THC. CBD, on the other hand, is great for anxiety, stress, and chronic pain. It's not psychoactive (it doesn't get you high) and doesn't show up on drug tests (at least not yet). It's normally used as an oil or tincture. I don't know if you can smoke it directly, but you can probably vape CBD oil. CBD stands for cannabidiol and it's usually derived from hemp (marijuana's cousin), so it's legal. Of course in states that have legalized marijuana it's 100% legal regardless of where it comes from. I don't know about Pennsylvania at the time of this video if they have medical or retail marijuana available.

I’ve done stupid things twice while being pulled over. Once two highway patrol pulled me over for no registration which I had just got and was in the back seat which I opened the door before contact with officers to get the registration in the back seat. It was guns out. First time I was 16 and speeding through town way over the speed limit at late night and leaned over to get registration and the spotlight came on and I came up hands up not moving. Both time got just a warning. On the speeding my dad knew before I got home. It was a small town and everyone knew my dad.
The guy needs to understand that when the handcuffs come out the police would arrest the voice box lady they will arrest him.

There is absolutely no need to get the FIRST names of each of the officers. If you have their last names and badge numbers (which you don't even have to ask for. You can just look at their badges to find that out!) you have all the information you need to identify them. It's such a bullshit power play!
