  1. I've heard this argument before against crunches. Is it not true that crunches target more of the upper abs though? And if they do, that is a replacement for those upper abs?

    No creatine, a heretic of YouTube fitness! That's interesting, I've started to hear more and more people denouncing the powdered steroid. I personally haven't found much of a difference performance wise, but is isn't it true that creatine increases water retention in muscles making them look fuller?

    Amazing summary as well, I think if a newbie stumbles across this video, they will be put on a great path.
