  2. I looovvvvve videos like this. A tiny suggestion: it helps me on my health journey when I print papers off, to put them in those clear sheets and in a binder; one with a clear pocket front so I can print off or make my own cover (for ex: “Healthy Me 2022” or something like that) and you can have a pen holder pocket in there for pens, highlighters, sticky notes etc..and can even add a budget planner and anything else important so everything is stored in one cute, neat book and easily found:)

  4. 12:00 this is so funny! This is scientific and proven through our brains. I just did my psychology homework over this. There are responses in our brain that tell us to do things when certain things happen (we see fruits on the counter)

  5. Hi Kian! If it helps, please make sure you're soaking overnight or sprouting cashews, almonds, or any other nut you use for milk. These can be high in antinutrients, causing further irritation. I consider farm-fresh, unpasteurized, and no synthetic raw goat milk, the healthiest to heal your gut. Of course, it is a process if your gut is damaged, you'll need to first start with like two tablespoons a day to then eventually go up to a full glass, to then two-three a day. Raw milk has the best probiotics for gut healing, vitamin a and b vitamins, amino acids, and a great fatty acid ratio avoiding over pufa consumption. Remember God made milk from animals perfect and nourishing, is the way is processed today that makes many people react to it. I hope this helps, and if nut milk is your preference from what I've learned, soaking or sprouting is the best way to make it suitable for your gut. I suggest reading Weston Price's foundation research if you'd like to learn more!

  6. You will probably find after a bit you wont need vitamin d anymore living in maui. I am chronically very low (low enough to experience debilitating symptoms) and two weeks in Hawaii fixes it ☺️

  8. Going to a shoe store (like Fleet Feet, etc.) that specializes in athletic shoes to get fitted is your best bet. I was in the wrong size for years before I went. They will also recommend the best brand for your feet as well.

  9. Hey girl, love your videos! I think you would love the book in the flo. It is all about women and becoming more healthy based on our cycles. And how woman are left out "diet" research. There are also a lot of podcasts with Alissa Vitti as a guest. We can get better results by altering what we eat and exercise throughout the month !!

  10. My favorite stylish running shoes have hands down been my white Hokas Clifton 4s. I wear them moreso for running errands/running around and can easily pair them with jeans or really any fit. I've had mine for about 2 years now.
