Adult use with medical alongside (with medical patients paying less). Build on this medical pretext prior to adult use is enacted, hopefully teach people to act right. Decriminalize all established psychotropics (as in the classics), better care taken with novel substances, EVERYTHING properly tested, labeled for all active and "inactive" ingredients and warnings, etc- leaving absolutely no doubt. These are the steps and the requirements for society to survive and advance. They're not a mystery, they're not radical except maybe to those who would rightfully feel threatened by such ideas- or those who've been indoctrinated- and our legislators tend to dismiss the idea that perhaps, not all of us are too blind to see what they are doing and why. Some have recovered.
