  2. Rich here's an idea for you ……. since you're a firefighter, it would be cool to see you continue to train in the same manner and compete in the Firefighter Combat Challenge. Of course you just may take first place, but if not it would be cool to see you train more specific for that event. Regardless of what you decide God Bless!

Being a diabetic & having a CGM just wondering if his CGM gives accurate readings being over the tattoo? would like to see the difference in the other arm as they say to avoid putting them over tattoos.   4. agree absolutely, as I get older my warmups get longer and longer and cooldowns actually involve real stretching. Not saying to do it when you're young, I felt warmed up enough after 10 minutes back then but you gotta respect the process as you age.
