Rich here's an idea for you ……. since you're a firefighter, it would be cool to see you continue to train in the same manner and compete in the Firefighter Combat Challenge. agree absolutely, as I get older my warmups get longer and longer and cooldowns actually involve real stretching. Not saying to do it when you're young, I felt warmed up enough after 10 minutes back then but you gotta respect the process as you age.
