Dear, even though I am in the UK, I watched your video and I used the knowledge to apply for my friends in Nigeria and about 3 of them have already been given interviews by UK employers. It requires diligence and commitment to search and get the right employers. It's even better to search for employers around rural areas and the hinder lands.

You are right. I got over 30 rejections between December and January 7 of 2022 and by the 16th of January I was invited for an interview which I passed. The company has done my DBS check and I got invited to South Africa for an assessment and training. I don't know why people are using recruitment agencies.
For you guys that are applying, I did 2 interviews. One was over the phone and the other was via zoom. I don't know if it will help to prevent being scammed

Thank for this. I was interviewed by a certain agency and they said I was fit for their client and advised me to go for TB test. But yesterday they sent me a message that their client has reached the limit of sponsorship. So I need to pay 3000 pounds for Immigration Skills Charge (ISC) along with the visa and air ticket. 🙄I told them to withdraw my application.
People are really lazy they don't want to even try out short courses to learn about what the job entails. It's disappointing.
