I just watched the meet up on Lee's channel! Haven't ever been there yet; but from what I've seen; Arizona sunsets are the best!! I'm sure Lee explained it; (but I don't remember), on BLM land, you can stay 2 weeks in 1 spot for free? Do you have to leave BLM land then; or just move to a different BLM land area? I've watched Lee's channel for a long time; I really enjoy watching her & Paul together! Looking forward to getting caught up on your videos! Hmm…windstorms; would not be a fan of those! Hopefully, they don't last long. I was in Vegas last April; there was 1 really windy day that made it even hard to walk! Next day was total bliss though!!

I used to suffer from sciatica. My Dr. told me to take 2 Advil or Motrin as soon as it starts and keep taking it , according to the time on the directions, until the pain is completely gone. He said it’s from stress & it’s like a knot in your back that keeps getting tighter if you stop taking the medication too soon. This has worked for me for years! As soon as it starts, I take 2 Advil & if I catch it right away, it doesn’t last very long. I hope this helps. Take care & God bless. Thanks for sharing your wonderful experiences.

I have problems with my back also I use the over the counter equate(walmart) brand Lidocaine patches work really well for me, just a suggestion and since it's topical it shoulldnt interact with any other meds.🙂

Jo you need to purchase one of those waistbands that female exercisers use. It’s wide, Velcro on one side. That can be cinched as tight as you need. Sometimes I like it to sit mote around lower back, but often just above waist. I even sleep with my back cinched at times.
You can find them at Marshall’s and TJMaxx, etc.

Was in Quartsite until Sunday did not know about area north of town stayed at Ltva west of 95 south of tent a short ways was to close to Rv s with generator noise. Will try the road north east of 95 next January. Sorry to miss all of you.
