  1. Hey Guys!!! Don't mind the slight echo in this video! And also the camera angle was too zoomed in for my liking – not showing enough of the food!! But that won't be the case in future what I eat vids πŸ˜€πŸ’— If you are interested in my Children's Book it is available here: https://amzn.to/3s54RD3πŸ’—

  2. Not sure if granola is allowed on a raw vegan diet but eating it with oak/almond milk sliced bananas, whole raspberries, chia seeds and one spoon full of all natural crunchy peanut butter mixed in is an amazing breakfast. Highly recommend it. Also thanks for continuing to make videos I started on my plant based journey this year 3+ weeks in and my wife is already starting to follow suite and says she has had no desire for meat lately. I plan on trying raw vegan for a few weeks soon so Your videos help a lot thanks.

  3. I used to feel like I had to eat a bunch of food on a raw diet and still would barely keep above hunger, too. Recently I've been going back to raw again because I really need to heal myself, my skin esp. And well…I love raw! But I discovered that juicing one or 2 quarts of juice along with eating raw food helps alot because it adds all those calories! Way more than I could simply eat. That, and I also allowed myself to use some nuts in the diet, too. Now I don't feel I have to eat exorbitant amounts of food anymore. And I feel I can sustain this diet much better!πŸ’ƒπŸΌ

  4. Here is just passion fruit season and I got plenty in my garden/ it is such a delicious fruit and soo fragrant also the flowers smell all over the place. I make lots of juice mixing the passion fruit with coconut water or sugarcane juice !!!
    Thanks for the video.

  5. Thank you for this video! I love chia pudding so much! It is definitely filling but actually help to loose weight! I ate it so much during my pregnancy and I didn’t gain a lot of weight in comparison to my other pregnancies where I didn’t eat it. So, yes, I highly recommend it to anyone as well. I do have a cacao version on my channel if you want to check it out πŸ™πŸ˜Š

  6. Wow I really love some of your quotes in this video "how you eat today is how you'll feel tomorrow" this may be my favorite video so far! Also I absolutely love adding cinnamon to my chia seed pudding, cinnamon is a great tool for lowering sugar cravings. Thank you for sharing all this love! Have a great week Gillian βœŒπŸ•ŠπŸ€
