2. I was in the same boat that SAFE should have past because it would help small businesses more than the MSOs, but I also understand the DPA and Weldon Projects. Just the visual effect that SAFE would pass before mass pardons or Social Equity Reform is not ideal. I think if they can pass the HOPEact sponsored by AOC n David Joyce and SAFE would hopefully pass the HOUSE and the SENATE. Also if Biden got of his ass and granted mass pardons for non-violent low level Cannabis crimes, it would be a plus for SE.
