  1. I've been out of the hospital a week after having covid for a second time. The dr told me what you said. She told me to stay outside daily as much as possible fir fresh air and sunshine. She said it's the best medicine she could ever recommend

  2. I think the “Dress better even at home , look better, feel better.” can be done but more in the area of “Get out of your pajamas, put on some kind of normal clothes, and do your hair, do your makeup.” I am disabled and a stay at home mom too, so I need to do what I can to make me feel more with it. I know many women and/ stay at home dads that don’t bother if they are in stay at home mode and it’s kind of sad. Hair and makeup is a must. It gives you inspiration is what I find. ❤️👏 Great tips!! Thanks for the video! editing to add: For those of us living is frigid temps, you may want to buy a “happy light “. I can’t remember the real name, but if the weather gets too dark and the sunshine isn’t coming in at all through the windows, I turn on the fireplace, get my humidifier going and sit under my happy light for about an hour or so. It does work!

  3. 2020 and 2021 had nothing to do with everyone wearing yoga pants. That started a couple years before that. Just like before the pandemic happened, people were wearing their pajama pants and slippers everywhere. Class has died so yeah we definitely need to bring it back.

  4. The one thing my husband and I did when our children were born was have one date night without kids per week. We were better for that time alone together. I’m 70 and thankful that we continue to enjoy each other and our adult children who are in their 30’s. Most of your habits I do. Checking out the oils soon.

  5. I like the water idea, lime, mint, salt and you forgot VODKA, hello drinking water! Also smoking Weed (CBD)…… helps everything! You are on a roll this year!😂🤣😂 (I’m joking, Happy New Year!)

  6. Shea: Not all of us can use CBD oil because my HR manager said that if I were to use this oil and had an accident at work (tripped and broke my arm) and they tested me, there is a chance that my results will spike for pot, and they would terminate me, so some of us can NOT purchase and use CBD oil because it puts us at risk of losing a job. I don’t about you, but I need my job! So please tell your audience of the risks.

  7. I love this video it was very to the point and I felt like it was very lady like in hit my age group of ladies perfectly and we all want happiness and I’ve always said that’s one of my top goals also taking care of myself and putting together better outfits is something I am learning because the yoga pants and crocs have been part of my routine for a couple years now and I’m over it because no matter how big or small they will always fit you so that is one thing I definitely would love to learn is more outfits and style definitely for 2022 and I love how you said even if you’re at home when you do look better you feel better

  8. During the pandemic, I refused to dress down . I am retired and do dress more casually than when I worked outside my home but never in sweats or joggers. Those are for cleaning or yard work days. Every day I do my makeup and style my hair which is chin length and mostly straight but I make sure it looks good. The only days I skip makeup are again my deep cleaning or yard work days and the days I have eye injections. I can’t wear makeup for 4 days after my injections.
I love pretty tops, blouses and sweaters. I pair with leggings or jeans. I also wear light dresses in summer. I alway add jewelry, earrings, necklace and bracelets. I recently bought a lot of Victoria Emerson, Shea Whitney styles. Love, love them. I no longer have to wear heels every day, but I always wear a stylish shoe or boot. I love heeled boots. I wear cute patterned sneakers in summer (Blowfish brand is my fav) and cute sandals.

  9. Loved this video Shea! I think I'm finally ready to try CBD to help with sleep issues. I was especially enticed by the 30% off offer; however when I try to use your code, only 15% off is being applied. I'll try again in a few days, hopefully it gets resolved.

  10. One of the best tips I read years ago: since we all need to change passwords for word and can run out of ideas for passwords, use words you chronically mispell in your passwords. If you have to keyboard in the word multiple times per day you will get the correct spelling stuck in your head for good!

  11. Some great habits here! I have to look into that CBD; sounds like a great deal. On a slightly different note, do you know the name of that basketball game your sons were playing in the no-phone-zone clip? Looks like fun for my grandkids. If you purchased it, do you remember from where? Thank you!
