  2. My husband and I are on about day 5 of this virus. Tested positive for it four days ago. Supplements wont get here till next week☹️ is this something that should be started very early on? I can go to our local natural grocers to buy supplements today. But fear they might not compare to the ones you mentioned. Should I start supplements as of today?? Thank you!!

    I agree with magnesium. It will help to ensure conversion of vitamin D into its active form. Magnesium is also needed for glutathione production. 50% of people are deficient in Magnesium.

    Also need B vitamin complex. Thiamine, niacin, riboflavin are all needed to recycle glutathione. B12 is needed to optimize glutathione.

  7. Thank you, very helpful. I’ve listened to several podcast on NAC and several mentioned you should not take both glutathione and NAC together. What is your opinion? I have a form of glutathione that can be nebulized. Can that be used without limits as well.
