  2. I’ve been on this rollercoaster for years. Diagnosed wrong, wrong meds, more hard days than good ones. It’s exhausting, but following you gives me a lot of hope that things can be okay, even when it seems like they can’t.

  4. please worry i had an idea it was bpd its a pain in the ass that's why I'm just watching you video now because my bpd has also been playing up it always does in the winter about this time on till January 5th as its the anniversary of my friends passing she was only 19

  5. Hi Sammy ❤️ I’m starting my BPD vlog soon. I went to check myself in 2 weeks ago, found out I have coronavirus and am not able to get checked in for 2 more days. I’m vlogging, using dbt skills and going to document getting myself help and medicated. I’d love the support when I get back. 🙏🏻

  6. I just stumbled upon a video from 2017 where to were discussing living with BPD and said how you were 3 months free of self harm. Made me wonder how you faired out with 2020. Hope you’re okay:) God had an interesting plan for us and I’m glad he brought me to your channel

  7. Can you make a video on whether you believe medication works or not? Why do doctors feel that they should up doses? Do you think working out, taking vitamins and doing things naturally would be better then taking medication? Do you believe in getting the covid vaccine or not? If so, why? If not why? Has the "pandemic affected you in any way with your mental health? Do medications make you paranoid not taking them regularly? Do the medications make you paranoid regularly taking? Besides paranoia, what other symptoms would you experience while taking an increased dosage medication? I think you can go on and on with these topics in your next video 😁

  8. Always take the time you need! Can never pour from an empty cup. I'm so happy to see you back and making videos, have missed you! I've been struggling a lot with letting my emotions whether it be depression, anger or sadness. One of my relationships came crashing and I don't know if it's just me but my life always feels empty when you've given so much to another and it doesn't end well. Any advice around dealing with tough emotions or the turmoil in the head that bpd can create would be so much appreciated! Lots of love Sammy!

  9. I really relate, my PTSD caused a self injury relapse as well last week and I was 11 months clean – about to hit a year for the first time and now I'm back to zero. But I'm proud of you regardless, because you continue to brush yourself off and try again. Sometimes that's all we can do. Sending you so much love.

    I was sick with covid and my mom wanted my abuser who's a pastor to pray for me.
    Then last weekend I went and hooked up with a stranger like the fucking slut I am.

    But we deserve to forgive ourselves Sammy. It's not our fault. I love you

  14. I don't know how you remained focused ,lol. But seriously, I too have been struggling with overwhelming depression. Seing the inside walls of the psyc ward, was my lowest. I was feeling very manic at the start of that particular day, and it ended with serious thoughts of suicide. It was a few days to get out of that funk. But Im here I think, and glad to see you.
