Another great episode with awesome footage and content and easily the best way too spend nearly two hours immersed in carp fishing escapism, it's obvious your viewers are loving what your doing Joe and the message you're portraying judging by the comments I've read on all the carp angle success so far. I personally can't wait for the next one mate, just a comment about the water and the importance keeping yourself well hydrated, do a little research and buy yourself a water distiller, distilled water has numerous health benefits, drinking pure clean water free from contaminants and taking the supplements you mention will keep the immune system bulletproof.

Tons of caffeine is terrible for anxiety, destroys the adrenals which control tons of hormonal stuff and are certainly responsible for palpitations.
I’d limit to two coffees a day max
No bait boats allowed ? Thought about 50m baiting poles? Might be something to delve into for next year, get u in some much tougher overhang spots etc without a massive splosh
