  1. I wish I could give that 3 thumbs up! ๐Ÿ‘ you could make that patient a movie star of ear wax extraction videos. I was on the edge of my seat chanting "Alligator Forceps!" It was like a MMA or WWF match between you and that wax.

  2. Is it possible to stop the suction momentarily? I feel like if you could position it closer to the โ€œbaseโ€ when you have a flap you could get a better grip as opposed to letting the suction suck in the whole flap which seems it would lessen the suction power? Please donโ€™t think Iโ€™m being a YouTube doctor. Just curious. I love your channel!

  3. Mr Neel , this was a very complicated case , you have done a great job removing that plug of dead scin !
That person need to come to you on a reguler base , so you can be on top of his / here problem .
    Wonderful procedure , well done ! ๐Ÿ‘

  4. Master at work โ€ฆ.I am obsessed I find myself watching your videos morning noon and night ! ! I wish I had asked Father Christmas for an appointment just to see inside my ears lol I know these are for training purposes however you have an extensive Asmr following as you have a very gentle voice..I even enjoy it when you get annoyed with some ignorant peoples commentsโ€ฆthere are those in this world who love to wind others up (I should know I live with one ) โ€ฆ.donโ€™t feed them by reacting to them just know you are supreme. ๐Ÿคฉ

  5. It seems like more and more videos are infected ears. I was curious if the ears get more infected during the colder months or the hotter months. I suppose I have my answer lol.
    Infected ears are my favorite

  6. What's the difference between keratosis obturans and cholesteatoma?
Because sometimes what I see is the white pearl excess that must peel away from ear canal. ๐Ÿ˜๐Ÿ˜๐Ÿ˜

  7. I watch these videos every day, not quite sure why I enjoy them so much but I do. I find them very relaxing most of the time. On this one, I kept wanting the doc to twist the forceps when he had ahold of the skin. I felt if he had twisted or turned the forceps in a circle it would have peeled the skin away from the canal wall, wrapped around the forcep tip and came away easier than just dissecting it. But I'm not a doctor, nor have I ever used any of these instruments. Lol, so I can't really say the best way to do it. He does a wonderful job with every patient and gets it done every time with much care. I can't even imagine the relief these people feel when he gets the impactions out. Anyway, that's my 2 cents, doesn't matter but i wanted to share it anyway. Everyone have a blessed day and holidays.

  8. This poor condition makes the contents look like a "gewy candle wax" or "gum". I love them though, as I said skin plugs, skin ribbons & peels, ect are my absolute favorite ๐Ÿ˜๐Ÿ‘๐Ÿ‘๐Ÿ™†โ€โ™€๏ธ๐Ÿ’œ Grest job again Mr. Neel, truly was! Blessings ๐Ÿ‘‘๐Ÿ™๐Ÿผ๐Ÿ•Š๐Ÿ˜‰โคโค
