  1. They forgot to mention the 60 billion dollars the tax payer gave Boeing after the world was shut down by the Covid-19 pandemic; a little handout for an American Icon that got in trouble because of foreign pilot error. Wonder whose names are in the shareholders list of Boing-Boing!!

  2. Billionaires do not create race wars and coos? Can you see why CRT is necessary, so that these fake ads which leave out too much facts can cause false delusions, giving fake narratives to young entrepreneurs who want success? Do you ever think of their future? Furthermore,

This is your narcissism, and high delusions of grandeur, caused by White privileges given to white Caucasians? Since Critical Race theory is a course in colleges where only black schools or even colleges seem interested, can you explain to the world, Why white privilege is not a critical race theory already ingrained into white privileged schools and environments? Especially the Work Force and child labor unions? It’s your body language not black young children that they learned from in your critical white race preachings since well β€œJohn Brown met Harriet Tubman”? Why do you get wealthy in a free market, but BLACK men and women struggle? Is it your intent to keep things so immoral here in the US, I mean as a white entertainer with friends with benefits? (hackers lose)!

  3. Plenty of countries have airlines with worse safety records than the US so it's likely some pilots are not as good but that's not a particularly solid argument particularly when you are advocating for not giving additional simulator time. If you are actively selling to airlines with these pilots it's your job to make the whole package safe. It was also my understanding that the US airlines usually opted for more expensive upgrades/options that the foreign budget airlines chose to forgo or were not offered?

  4. These CEO boys flat out lie. Look you straight in the eye and lie. In the 1950s & 1960s the airlines went to Boeing and said. Build the best damn jet you can.
Today it is build the best jet you can, for the money.
When upper management is being hired. The second question on the application is. Are you an accomplished lyer.

  5. This is a systemic tragedy in modifying an airplane over 40 years and striving to keep the training program the same … for a highly-modified airplane. This is insane and wholly-motivated by greed. I am embarrassed as an aviation professional that this back shop human factor can kill just as effectively as a breakdown in CRM in the cockpit.

  6. Even relatively slow flying aircraft like a Blackhawk helicopter have "stabilator" issues when low airspeed is detected. There's even a manual electrical slew grip on the cyclic so you can slew it up if it is turning the aircraft into a lawn dart. Even the relatively low tech aircract that the Blackhawk is in comparison to a Max, a miscompare between the airspeed sensors will give you instant notifications in the cockpit – sound and visual and even a relatively junior pilot then can do a number of actions to correct the problem and land the aircraft without incident. I wish Frontline would have brought up other such stabilizer issues and how other manufactures dealt with them – 44 years ago damnit… but the fact that Boeing acted like this was not a problem is beyond belief. The fact that the software engineers said, yeah, we'll take the input of a single sensor and if warranted, push the nose down til the aircrafft hits the ground at 50 degrees nose low and 450 knots. People should have gone to jail at the Boeing management level. And the FAA, what the hell is up with not adjusting your number of significant digits in Excel to determine rate of crashes. For gods sake. The FAA answer does not hold water and is total BS.

And Airbus, not having other pilot be able to feel feedback from the other pilot on the control stick is another issue getting ready to rear its head again – after the Air France disaster over the South Atlantic when a junior pilot in cruise flight pulled back on the stick unbeknown to the first officer. Airctraft stalled and fell 37,000 feet into the ocean.

I feel for the families. So sad. The ex-CEO walks away with a eight digit golden parachute.

  7. Great reporting from an investigative standpoint a clear paper trail of deceit!!
Now I would like to see the New York Times do an investigative report on the absolute bulls@@# reporting and the lies it tells its readers on a daily basis, who EXACTLY who gives them their marching orders who pays them to lie and stir up the American population????? Now that would be a PBS FRONTLINE I would watch without hesitation because as a once trusted paper it is a corrupt clown car as an institution now.

  8. There was a problem in education for the pilots by THIRD WORLD AIRLINE COMPANIES . REMEMBER…..THERE WERE ZERO ACCIDENTS IN THE USA. THEY KNEW WHAT TO DO WHEN IT WAS NEEDED. THIS DOCUMENTARY IS VERY BIASED AND OBFUSCATES THE REALITY OF THIS SYSTEM.

  9. MCAS is a stupid thing – a response to thing that happens only occasionally and manually quite easily controllable.
Only 1 sensor (3 is a proper option) and doesn't have an off button.

  10. The whole board should have been fired. This was gross negligence. The management ignored the Test pilots results in the simulator. They re-created the situation! They found the mistake after the first crash, but corporate greed instead of safety and the love for people first not money made them not care. The whole board should go! Fuck them! Why use a simulator if your going to ignore the results. This is the whole point of the simulator. They rushed building the plane and wanted to save money by not training the pilots. They gambled and lossed! They ruined 500 families lives, they lost billions in share value for investors, all in the name of GREED! Like these people weren't rich enough! If I was the Judge, I would have put the whole board on one of there 737 max planes and have it take off with MCAS on so they could all experience the same wonderful feeling the people in Indonesia and Ethiopia felt! There all pieces of crap! Mark Forkner is an asshole and should die from cancer of his eyes. People and safety weren't even a thought. His main goal was to bullshit the FAA and not give the pilots there proper training. Typical management deuchebag! All he was thinking about was his bonus for cutting costs and misleading the FAA! He could give a shit about the peoples safety! Guy should be executed immediately!

  11. The thing I hate the most is that they tried to blame an still trying to blame the Ethiopian pilots . That young man was a excellent pilot an did everything right . I lost all faith in Boeing . The 747 was my favourite an safest aircraft to fly on . I knew I'm safe on the plane always when flying international . but now If it's Boeing I'm not going

  12. The CEO was out when there was nowhere else to hide the top level , intentional safety short cuts taken to rush this mcas system out for financial reasons without adequate safety considerations. There is an overabundance of hard data from internal documents that investigators found that show complicity in safety violations with the new system.
They should have investigated the top executives' portfolios to see how much he and others executives stood to financially reap the benefits at the expense of public safety. Despicable creatures!!

  13. Cover up, because, billions of dollars , thank God, someone πŸ™ spoke up,they had to, because plane's would have kept going down, or i promise you, they would have taken it out of quality manuals

  14. Quality inspection management, stands over final inspectors all day intimidating, inspectors to hurry, that part will ship, terrible, inspectors can't even think, besides they put you in noisy dirty areas, to inspect parts , you can't even think, besides hostile work environment, and sexual harassment,
