Hi I am a fairly new sub and I was just listening to what you had to say about your thumbnails and people that felt the need to tell you that they are clickbait. Youtube and every other social media platforms can be a very toxic place in my opinion. I am happy to hear that you delete and block those people and their 2 cents that really nobody asked for to begin with haha! But seriously Youtube comment sections can really be such a nasty and negative place! I have seen and read some really crazy stuff over the years and I cannot wrap my head around why people can be so mean and downright cruel! With so much going on in the world today why do people feel the need to add to it?! Sorry for the long comment but I wanted to tell you to keep sharing your journey you are so sweet! I totally get what your saying about binge eating. I am in menopause and I go on sugar eating binges like that and I regret it but yet I still go back. It's like a monster you have to kill everytime. You did great throwing the brownies away. It probably felt good to do. I am also a stress eater. Some people don't eat but I am the opposite and I hate it too.
