  1. Do you think krill or algae oil are good sources of omega 3? Do you ever worry about heavy metal, micro plastics or parasites etc in whole fish which can even remain after cooking?

    Many people are deficient in choline and the primary best sources are eggs or liver or supplement [phosphadily choline + phosphadily serine]. About 4 eggs cooked sunnyside up in unrefined virgin coconut oil for breakfast curbs appetite throughout the day, boosts brains & hormones especially sex hormones and a precursor for vitamin D and nearly a perfect protein. Put in a bowl and add himalayan salt and real grass fed butter. PQQ plus CoQ10 ubiquinol also. A teaspoon of unrefined coconut oil daily. Coconut oil has both long chain and short chain, is more affordable than MCT and you can cook your eggs in it. Some vegans anadotally have restored sexual libido when they began consuming eggs.
    Glycine which is 1/3 ,of collagen improves brain health but induces deep sleep. Near bedtime a teaspoon of glycine is great for the gut and brain connection.
