Fauci Says Babies and Toddlers Could be Eligible For Covid Vaccine by Spring 2022
Dr. Fauci this week said babies and toddlers ages 6 months to 5 years could be eligible for Covid vaccines by Spring 2022.
“Hopefully within a reasonably short period of time, likely the beginning of next year in 2022, in the first quarter of 2022, it will be available to them,” Fauci told Insider.
“Can’t guarantee it, you’ve got to do the clinical trial,” he added.
Pfizer is currently testing the Covid vaccine in babies and toddlers.
According to ABC Tampa, Pfizer is expected to apply for FDA approval for their Covid vaccine for babies and toddlers this month.
The CDC recently approved Covid vaccines for children ages 5-11 even though kids are at virtually zero risk of dying from the China Coronavirus.
There are approximately 500 children who die every year from the seasonal flu.
Each year over 1200 children are killed in roadside fatalities.
And approximately 700 children drown.
