i randomly just suddenly stopped drinking a few years ago, the several prior years it was off and on as I had developed very similar reactions to it that you were having, 2-3 sips and the headache would start to form and sometimes lasted for days, then out of the blue I just lost my taste for it completely, I have no cravings or desire at all to drink now I have tried to have a drink once or twice since and I just cant do it now, every sip is forced and a struggle it does not matter what kind of alcohol , so that kind of brought a sudden end to that, now I drink insane amounts of caffeine which has little to no effect on me in normal volumes lol I will fall asleep with an energy drink in my hand
