  1. Probably cheapest approach is to reduce weight to ideal as outlined by Fuhrman following his diet then take some of the tests the other doctors recommend. Also follow sleep and stress and try to improve.

    Can’t do much about LP(a) or APOE4 except to double down on diet, exercise. Other factors such as homocysteine might not be solved by diet, exercise and life style so have to test and supplement if needed.

  2. The FDA is a joke.They are suppose to oversee these drugs AND vaccines and make SURE THEY ARE SAFE FOR PUBLIC CONSUMPTION! Every drug must be double placebo tested BEFORE it's exposed to the public.Vaccines have NOT been safety tested in over 30 YEARS and the FDA has allowed this to happen!!!!!

  3. ALUMINUM has been proven to be a major cause of alzheimers,which these vaccines are loaded with.Alzheimers brains were studied extensively and it's ALUMINUM.Its heavy metal toxicity..

  5. KathyFann from California care Giver for seniors in my family. Lost several loved ones had a home invasion robbery that I survived. Then assaulted in Southern California on my way to see family. Now I am wore out completely trying to pray in some Help. I am 66. A juicer a organic eater when ever possible and eat a large amount of Vegetables and berries. Now if I could just get some Strength I’ve been watching some dogs for Rover trying to get grocery money and things and it’s really hard because they bark at night keep you up all night missing their family and you just have to get up and take care of them over and over it’s hard I’m maybe going to quit Dassin find something else first but anyway I need strength. I am reasonably happy and my mind is still very quick I don’t lose things I don’t have problems like my parents did Hallelujah for that they didn’t use vegetables I do I hope that makes a difference I had a lot of tea today different kinds of tea green tea with others

  6. thank you !!! all of you clearly very good doctors — please do not be discouraged with the differences — It's very clear how knowledgeable you all are & I thank you all . Please know we appreciate that – it's not easy to be a good doctor in these days – when we have Big Pharma pushing healthcare for profit — It places all of you in a very difficult position … We can all eventually work our way through this and try to get away from Big Pharma & learn together & make our own health care system.

  7. The interesting thing here is that most of the conversation is about treating patients after they get very sick, which is the general way our medical universe works. Only Dr. Fuhrman is speaking to prevention. This info needs to start in grade school, and before.

  8. Ketosis is not healthy and we shouldn't look for a quick fix to bring down glucose or anything else. Take your time and make an emergency change and the body will respond fairly quickly. Eating high animal fats and oils to offset the satiation you get from eating plant based carbs just doesn't make sense to me. You're just burning the candle at the other end! Just reduce the plant based carbs and don't focus on ketosis, especially the fad diet type of ketosis that we see today. Dr. Furhman is 100% correct.

  10. Does lowering the blood pressure work with wfpb diets if you have whitecoat even when taking your own? I am in anxiety suffer and most of what I have anxiety about is health. I am not 40 yet and I am what you would call healthy but worrying about my health has shot my stress levels up significantly which started after having a delivery and postpartum associated with elevated blood pressure. It did eventually come down but ever since then I have been concerned about mine and I know that I am stressed it’s higher and I can feel my body being stressed even before taking it myself.

  11. How does Dr Furhman explain how people lose weight on a fat filled ketogenic diet? He keeps repeating the mantra that fat makes a person fat. I dont disagree plant based and whole foods are more nutritious but I think he isnt recognizing his theory about fat is incorrect.
