  1. Response to chi City girl.
U need to do your own research to understand the plandemic. Millions of people understand the politics behind it. Every year millions of people die of flu and desease yet the world never stopped.
There are thousands of health professionals who have the same view as dc pam popper. Look around u and do not let the mainstream media tell u what to think
    Good luck.

  2. Nutritional ketosis happens in any kind of calorie restricted diet. I know because I have a keto breath tester and I've eaten ketogenic diets in the past, as well as plant-based diets today. Just eating a low calorie diet, fasting a few hours and not snacking will put most active WFPB vegans into mild ketosis.

  3. I wonder how many of us will listen to this and actually contemplate what it is she is discussing prior to having a strong reaction one way or the other. Note she does not say covid is not real or doesn't have severely negative effects, but that there isn't an actual pandemic. Note that she specifically says a strictly vegan diet is not absolutely necessary for optimal health, but that a whole food plant based diet is ideal. She makes repeated and very strong arguments for research, consideration, getting more than one opinion or assessment and taking a critical approach to any information obtained. It's hard to argue with any of that but I'm betting a lot of people go with their knee jerk reactions actions to that which challenges their personal biases.

  4. Did I hear Pam say the People's Republic of America in reference to our beloved country that's hooked on Chinese ' stuff''. ? Lol A most interesting session with Pam Popper. Thanks!

  5. Look at her. Does she look healthy? These vegan doctors always preach how bad meat is but from an evolutionary perspective they are wrong. Think about what are northern ancestors ate in the winter. Nothing for periods of time or what they could hunt or scavenge. I dont think there were many carbs growing in the snow. So that disproves all this skeletons ideas. First, obviously we fasted. Second, it was probably a low carb diet and third we ate meat. I dont think there was a Domino's and Starbucks around then.

  6. The diet she is advacating for has ruined my health! Now I'm on keto to fix my autoimmune disease, thanks for all the wrong advice I took all my life. Hardly ever ate junk food, soft drinks, little amount of meat & sweets etc. I've never been over weight and always been active and exercised, now I can hardly walk and have all he issues!!
