Limiting the caregivers can grow seems like a bias regulation in siding large corporations.
The politicians deciding on this probably took money from the big box retailers and now are out to do the bidding of their donors. Why else go after the home grows? It's legal, but the establishment has to keep punching down. They can get bent.
This is an obvious corporate money grab.
Recreational is legal anyway so who cares. So called caregivers have charged money for dirt weed.
Just give them double so they can cycle their crops. Over regulation is already a problem everywhere.
