Hey man, I have been working on getting mine. There is so much paperwork you have to get organized. But I don't thing the state even knows what they are doing at this point. They ask for a business license, but the county I live in doesn't offer them! They want zoning paperwork, but my remote area has no zoning. The CCD (Cannabis Control Department) doesn't even know what to do. Not to mention they want a bunch of plans as far as what you will do to promote equal opportunity and how you will help remote areas. Like dude, I am a woman and I am in a remote area :_D Ugh. I have been working on this for 3 weeks. I just got my water rights transferred to me. I got some other paperwork done. I need to get my CRS still. The New Mexico tax website says it can be done online, but it just puts you in a paradoxical loop of following links (Face Slap). It's a headache!

The Reservation in Tucson is Tohono O'odham. My Mom lives on the land out there. Also I was almost a Native out there to AZ moved there when I was 3 months old till I was 32 and moved to Illinois over 5 years ago. Also question do you need to have had lived there before or establish residency? In order to apply for any of the licenses?
