    I know how much you all love our Cardio Boxing Workouts – that's why I designed another powerful BOXING Cardio Session, which is ALL STANDING and KNEE FRIENDLY.
    There had been many requests. 😘
    This Workout is another creative and fun HIIT Session, which involves our total body while we are working on our condition.

    Tipp: Make sure to make this Workout as intense as it can be for you – I was sweating my a** off – do them punches powerfully and tighten your core the entire time.

  5. Hab gerade um 20:30 noch dein Workout gemacht. Hatte überhaupt keine Lust aber hab trotzdem durchgezogen. Es war so geil, dass ich danach noch das 12min Tabata gemacht habe😂❤️🙏🏼 du bist so eine Motivations Power Kanone, es macht so Bock mit dir zu trainieren.

    Ich habe eben dieses Workout gemacht….ich muss dir das sagen: es war alles perfekt 🤩 es hat so unglaublich viel Spaß gebracht…. Es sind so tolle Übungen dabei… mein Kopf ist momentan so voll… und schaffst es echt immer wieder einem bei einem Workout so mitzunehmen, dass man alles selbst zuhause im Chaos um sich vergisst… WAHNSINN ich habe momentan echt eine stressige Zeit 🥺 aber deine Energy 🥳 deine Leidenschaft ❤️‍🔥 Spürt man irgendwie in diesem Video ganz extrem du feierst so mit das ich wie du eine tabata Runde zum Schluss durch geballert habe und mir das zählen gar nicht auffiel weil es einfach so Bock brachte mit zu ballern….
