It's very interesting that you find it nessacary to tack on the superfluous qualifiers of "LDS" (who's theology is bankrupt) and "white" to elaborate and expand upon why the inland port is bad.
Either the philosophical abstract assessment of how it will play out in the concrete is valid or non valid, and the bad assessment does not not hinge on whether the people organizing and propagandizing a given thing, in this case the inland port, are "LDS" and "white"…
